Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring how AI is actively being used across the A/E/C industry to support marketing and business development teams. The session kicks off with a 30-minute panel discussion featuring industry professionals who will share real-world examples of how firms are leveraging AI to improve efficiency, drive business development, and support smarter project delivery. The panel is followed by an interactive breakout workshop and group discussion designed to deliver practical, immediately applicable takeaways. Targeted to marketing, communications, and business development professionals, this session focuses on efficiency, lead generation, and strengthening core marketing efforts through AI.

Senior Marketing Pursuits Specialist.  Crystal Miller is a passionate and dedicated marketing professional with over 11 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. Known for bringing energy, empathy, and organization to every endeavor, she excels at managing complex proposals and fostering collaboration with technical teams under tight deadlines. Crystal has played a key role in securing projects across diverse markets, including K–14 and higher education, mission critical, public and civic sectors, and advanced technology clients. She thrives in environments where attention to detail and creative thinking drive success. Troy Meyer is the Director of Marketing + Communications at Harris & Associates, a California-based multidisciplinary consulting firm focused on planning, engineering, and construction management. With over 18 years of experience in the AEC and digital marketing industries, Troy is a strategic leader known for driving innovation, growth, and operational efficiency. He has spearheaded the firm’s adoption of AI technologies, streamlining business development, marketing, and knowledge management processes to enhance scalability and impact. Through this work, he supports Harris’ mission to help communities become more equitable, resilient, and sustainable.

Strategic Pursuit Leader. Fawn Radmanich, FSMPS, CPSM believes better questions drive better strategy. With 25 years in the A/E/C industry, most of that spent growing and leading high-performing marketing teams, Fawn has built a career on asking better questions, crafting compelling stories, and pushing marketing into the heart of business decision-making. She’s known for her ability to connect cross-functional teams, clarify chaos, and position marketing as a critical business partner. A Fellow of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Trustee on the SMPS Foundation Board, published author, and frequent speaker, Fawn brings a distinctive mix of strategic rigor, creative thinking, and people-centered leadership to every room she’s in.
