State of the Industry Panel & Discussion
Marketing and business development teams aren’t just supporting growth anymore — they’re driving it. Join us for an exclusive first look at new SMPS Foundation / FMI research that reveals the key trends reshaping how A/E/C firms engage clients, win work, and stay ahead in an increasingly competitive market. In this timely session, you’ll gain sharp, actionable insights to elevate your strategy, strengthen your message, and position your firm for what’s next.
Our panel of industry leaders will dive into three emerging trends:
Trend One: Collaboration Is the New Currency — Why Clients Expect More Than Services - Joy Woo, SMPS Foundation Trustee (San Francisco Chapter)
Trend Two: The Momentum of Client Experience (CX): A Strategic Imperative for A/E/C Firms - Kathryn Ness, SMPS Foundation Trustee (Sacramento Chapter)
Trend Three: The Maturation of Marketing and Business Development in A/E/C - Michele Raftery, Past SMPS Foundation President and the mind behind the Emerging Trends research (Colorado Chapter)
Whether you’re refining your go-to-market approach or rethinking how your firm delivers value, this session will leave you better equipped to lead the future of marketing and BD in A/E/C.
Bonus: With your Member registration, you can bring a project manager for free, because these conversations are even more powerful when marketing, BD, and delivery teams are aligned!
