Scholarship Mixer

I’d like to take this opportunity to promote the upcoming Scholarship Fundraising Mixer in August.
What is it?
The scholarship fund is invested in you! Each year we gather for a special mixer to raise funds to distribute to our membership in the form of membership renewal and conference stipends. So basically, we’re raising money to help you defer some of your SMPS expenses throughout the year.
Where is it?
What better place to mix and mingle than in the creative and inspiring venue of an art gallery? This year, we are excited to host our mixer at the Temporary Contemporary in Sacramento. You’re sure to spark conversation and build relationships in this captivating and inventive environment. Inspiration and creative refreshment guaranteed.
Who should attend?
Bring yourself, bring your co-workers, bring your friends. The more the merrier and the more participation, the bigger the scholarship fund.
How can I help?
Keep your eyes out for an announcement and invitation to sponsor and donate raffle prizes. Bring your energy and some money to purchase raffle tickets to win various prizes. Contact JoAnn Moffett for information on on how to sponsor the event or if you have a raffle prize to donate!
I look forward to seeing each one of you there on August 21! Let’s have some fun for a great cause –our members!
